D.A.V.I.D is a dumb little robot that is sopposued to drive along my floor pushing all my crap to one side cuz im lazy :P
kinda like a romba but with out the SUK unfortounatly im waiting for cash to buy the motors.
the robot is quite simple really i have a home made PWM(pulse width modulator) combinded with an h-bring on one board!.
i have one board control each of the two motors (waiting on the motors for test) on the bot all of this is controlled with the cheapest knock off arduino nano money can buy and the whole thing is powered by three 3.7 volt lipo battries (with i think 1700 milli amps could be wrong). the battries are charged with three god knows what battrie controlers (ive thried to find what they are but with no avial) along with an ultra sonic sensor to sence walls and what not there is allso a bluetooth moduale so i can automaticly tell it shit from my hub.
D.A.V.I.D is currently on the back burner while i work on another project CHEATCALC to cheat on my swedish national test so i dont have to do IMA program again (if u kno u kno)
the CHEATCALC is a school calculator that i have scooped the guts out of and i am busy with the proces of replacing it with my own stuff
im stuffing the calculator with a raspberri pi zero 2 W that i plan to make it run a script that generates me a text using chat gpt and make that go throurgh sevaral ai scrambalers so it wont be picked up by ai detectors.
im trying to use the old keypad from the original calculator but that is proving to be a pain in the ass because of the ribbion connector (there is no socket where i can put a ribben cable) so i might have to scrap all of that and use a diffrnt keypad i dont want to but i need some sort of input
the entire thing is going to be powered by a 3.7 volt lipo battery savalged from the guts of D.A.V.I.D mk1 along with the battrie controler
R.A.T, ok i never said i was good with names, well any ways R.A.T is desighned to pick up, put away, and give me my tool cuz i keep FUCKIN losing them and if i had a robot do that it would be amazing, anways R.A.T is mostly a concepct because of all the problem there comes with making somthing like this lets start with the first problem i have
G.P.I.O extender because of the fact that i need like around four stepper motors that go into an arduino nano i would need more G.P.I.O pins so i have to use a chip like MCP 23017 or MCP 23018 to give me more but now i need to create a library to interface it with the arduino nano and i cant use other ones (or i cant figer out how) because adifruit CHANGED THEIR FUCKING LIBRARIES so i gotta make my own, honestly its not that bad its just making somthing to keep track of what pins are on or off and im pretty sure ive done it but somethings not working but this is the easy part.
the A.I personaly i hate the over dramatization of A.I like an if statment is an A.I so many things had A.Is in them but now every one and their mother wants it like its always fucking been there it wasint as genaral but it was always there but enough of my rant i need an A.I to reconize the tools whitch is annoying cuz of a couple of reasons one i need something powerfull enough to run the detection software localy cuz i dont have my pc on all the time and i want R.A.T to run continualysly so in order to get this procecing power i need to grab a raspberry pi and they are expensive combine that with the fact i need to interface that with the arduino nano driving the motors also i need to buy a expensive camara and maybe an A.I hat for the raspberry pi and needles to say that requiers more interfaceing that i have no clue how to do
the third and second least difficult one to fix is how im going to make the raspberry pi tell the arduino where to move the arms i am not lokkong forward to this but it is very mangable considering the fact of how many other people has done somthing like this so its not that big of a isiue but i AM NOT LOOKING FORWARD to it but hey u kno how it is
